First They Killed My Father: A Daughter of Cambodia Remembers is a forthcoming Netflix film directed by former actress Angelina Jolie (Unbroken) and centres around Cambodian author and human rights activist Loung Ung (Sareum Srey Moch), who recounts the horrors she suffered under the rule of the deadly Khmer Rouge.
Written by Loung and Jolie, the film also stars Phoeung Kompheak, Sveng Socheata and Tharoth Sam.
First They Killed My Father: A Daughter of Cambodia Remembers is released on September 15th.
