Last autumn, Hebburn’s first series began and it turned out to be a rare gem in the BBC’s schedule – a sitcom which was funny, and it’s no fluke because it comes from the creating and writing talents of superb stand-up comedian Jason Cook, with some episodes also co-written by Ideal‘s creator & writer Graham Duff.
Hebburn is a place on earth, it stars Chris Ramsey, Kimberley Nixon, Jim Moir and Gina McKee, and Series 2 begins on BBC2 at 10pm on Tuesday November 12th.
