Isn’t It Romantic is just I Feel Pretty with a different lead actress who goes “Oh, I’m fat. Isn’t it hilarious?!”
Well, no, it isn’t. Unless you find Type II Diabetes and the possibility of an early death hilarious.
This time, it’s the deeply-untalented Rebel Wilson, who hits her head and thinks she’s woken up in a romantic comedy, and that that is her life. It’s another one-joke movie, and you’ve seen it in the trailer. So save your £10 and give this a swerve.
Isn’t It Romantic doesn’t have a UK date, but is released in the US on Valentine’s Day, i.e. February 14th 2019. Be thankful, Rebel Wilson isn’t doing a ‘Fifty Shades of Grey‘.
