Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is brings retired adventurer Nathan Drake back to the fore and, several years after his last turn, he’s forced back into the world of thieves. With the stakes much more personal, Drake embarks on a globe-trotting journey in pursuit of a historical conspiracy behind a fabled pirate treasure. His greatest adventure will test his physical limits, his resolve, and ultimately what he’s willing to sacrifice to save the ones he loves. The game is published by Sony Computer Entertainment and developed by Naughty Dog.

Nathan Drake’s world is turned upside-down when his older brother Sam, long believed dead, suddenly appears, seeking Drake’s help. Together they embark on a globe-trotting journey in pursuit of a conspiracy behind a long lost pirate colony and its fabled pirate treasure. Naughty Dog have outlined the game’s plot as “his greatest adventure yet and will test his physical limits, his resolve, and ultimately what he’s willing to sacrifice to save the ones he loves.”

As always, it’s a PS4 exclusive and on the night, the live demo didn’t quite go right on the night and had to be reset, as Drake wouldn’t move, but it was all good second time round and absolutely blew me away as one of the most amazing gaming experiences from the show.

Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End hasn’t yet got a release date other than 2016, but what you can also buy in the meantime, and out on October 9th, is Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, which comprises of the single-player campaigns for Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception.
