Star Wars Episode VII follows on from Star Wars III… in cinema release times, at least, but will be coming to a big screen near you in 2015.
Ever-present Andy Serkis will be one of the newbies, alongside John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Domhnall Gleeson and the awesome Max von Sydow, but who from the original films will be in it too?
That question will be answered right now: Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew and Kenny Baker.
J.J. Abrams will direct – although let’s hope he doesn’t do like Star Trek Into Darkness and film it in 2D, but then do a post-conversion into 3D. If you’re going to make it 3D, do it from the start!
The film will be written Lawrence Kasdan and J.J. Abrams, produced by Kathleen Kennedy, J.J. Abrams and Bryan Burk, and the composer, as ever, is John Williams.
Star Wars Episode VII will be released at cinemas on December 18th, 2015.
